The whole Insurance story.
Some of our therapists are in-network with Aetna. For most other plans we're out-of-network, but unlike most practices we file the claim on your behalf — so you don't have to pay the full fee up front or chase your insurance for reimbursements.

IN NETWORK · HOW IT WORKS
Aetna with some of our therapists.
You pay a discounted rate until your deductible is met. Once your deductible is met, you pay only your copay or coinsurance; we bill Aetna directly for the rest. Most clients see a copay between $20-$50 per session.

OUT OF NETWORK · HOW IT WORKS
Anthem, United, Cigna, and most others.
You pay the out-of-pocket session fee up front until your deductible is met. Thereafter, you pay only the agreed-upon copay. Depending on your out-of-network benefits, most clients see a copay between $80-$150 per session.

Our only in-network relationship. Some of our therapists are in-network with Aetna. Once your deductible is met, you typically owe only a copay per session. If you work with an in-network therapist:

We hold a small number of reduced-fee slots for clients for whom full rate isn't realistic. Here's how we handle the conversation.

Just write a sentence. No pay stubs, no W-2s, no proof. We trust you to know your own situation.

We talk through what's possible.
We'll discuss a rate that's honest and sustainable for both sides. Our lowest out-of-pocket rate without insurance is $125.
03
We commit to the rate for 12 months.
That gives the work time to actually work. We revisit at the one-year mark (earlier if your situation changes).
